I am Raquel Bouris. Founder & Chief Creative Officer behind WHO IS ELIJAH, an 8-figure fragrance brand built from the ground up, starting in my garage in 2018. 

No investor. No Business degree. No safety net. Just a scent that stopped people in their tracks, a vision for something different, and the grit to figure it out along the way.
